Printed-to-Order Production Times

All journals are printed to order, which means:

  • Production times may vary

  • Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown during checkout

  • You will receive tracking information (where applicable) once your order has shipped

Returns

We follow the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, giving you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs

  • We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use

  • Proof of postage must be retained until the refund is processed

How to Request a Return

  2. Send your item to:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Cancellations

To cancel an order before it enters production, please email us as soon as possible.
Because journals are printed to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations once production has started.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
To change an item, please request a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Include photos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement at no cost
